Job Description :

Role To own service management and development of the OT IT Infrastructure Knowledge and Skills Requirements: A good experience of the OT IT Infrastructure setup and its interfaces with production/process activities. Significant experience of developing and managing enterprise scale services. Proven experience delivering and working with:

Business Leaders/teams

Plant/Factory Managers and teams

OT Vendors and support partners

Other related service partners

Service management tools

Essential Functions of the Job:

Responsible to manage and own the OT Infrastructure service

Responsible for system design documents

Responsible for service delivery and roadmap

Close co-operation with service related organizations

Contribution to service areas Operational governance

Successful project delivery for customer with associated teams in co-operation with IT Program management

Responsible to follow-up SLA reporting related to the services

Analyzing customer feedback and conduct required service and service delivery improvements

Co-operation with IT vendor management in case of agreement renewals and new offer processes

Co-operation with IT business partners, IT Delivery and Partner management, Enterprise architecture and solution architecture, External vendors and other counterparts, IT Program and portfolio management, IT business partners, IT security and risk officer
