"Oracle HCM Cloud, Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor Cloud, BIP Publisher, HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fellfields, Configurations, Fast Formulas.

Core skills : Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications.

• Strong Knowledge and Experience on Oracle Cloud HCM modules of Oracle Time and Labor Cloud.
• Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher custom templates & OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.
• Knowledge on HCM extracts, Extracts, Fusion Flexfields customization.
• Strong expertise in SQL specially on OTL Reports.
• Hands-on experience in personalization & customizations in a Sandbox environment.
• Analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.
• Effective communication and drive the project deliverables for Oracle Cloud Fusion projects"
• Experience on integration of Recruitment module with external sourcing sites
