WAF: F5 ASM, Akamai
Preferred Skills: Security Alert Analysis, Incident Management & Security Monitoring
Roles and Responsibilities
WAF
Finetuning of policies & Health monitoring
Blocking of inappropriate or Malicious traffic
Security compliance and reporting
Maintain user and admin accounts
Troubleshoot BAU activity/connectivity
Change Management
Engage the Incident response team when alerts are generated.
Threat Intel.
View reports setup on VM sent to Customer by DHS CRISP
Support vendor for upgrades and/or configuration/integration changes as required
Investigate tickets
Escalate to Incident Response team, if a real threat is identified.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in information technology or related field
Information security experience in higher education or state/local government
Information security related training or certifications
