Job Description :
APM L2 Expert (Tech Lead)- 4-5 Years of Experience:
o Key Responsibilities :
Good understanding of Business transactions and dashboard creations.
Have hands on knowledge of alerting and incident creation.
Experience in working on Service-Oriented Architecture SOA and understanding of SOAP based and /REST based architecture.
Understanding of application architecture and should demonstrate RCA finding skills This is most important.
Installed agents at least in 4-5 different applications.
o Technical Experience
Should have 4 to 6 years experience in the trusted APM tooling advisor for monitoring initiatives by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights and advice.
Ensure APM implementation documentation and processes are streamlined.
Work with a team to bring continuous improvement to APM processes and tools Develop and own KPIs to ensure performance is measured against expected business outcomes.

o Must have Skills : Dynatrace APM, Appdynamics APM
o Educational Qualification: BE/BTech (IT/Computers)
o Properly documents and follows through on progress, issues and agreements with others.
o Balancing and prioritizing their own activities and those of their team to make sure critical items are addressed.
