Role Overview

We are seeking qualified trainers for an exciting project deployment across various business channels within the BFSI sector, serving clients nationwide. This role focuses on delivering tailored learning and development interventions to meet business objectives, with the potential for contract renewal based on performance.

We are looking for dynamic individuals with over 5 years of experience in training methods. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, energy, creativity, collaboration, and analytical acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • FLS Capability Development

    • Timely completion of onboarding learning interventions
    • Driving mobile learning initiatives
    • FLS retention at the end of 3rd and 6th month
    • Achievement of FLS meeting confirmation targets
    • Ensuring a high percentage of FLS receiving positive performance ratings
  • Business Critical Learning Interventions (Org Themes)

    • Delivering critical learning interventions such as New Product Launch training aligned with business needs
  • Employee Certification

    • Promoting participation in target audience certification programs
    • Facilitating external course completion per learner
    • Ensuring a significant number of learners qualify for certifications
  • SP Training and Activation of Virtual Banking (Tele verticals) of Banks

    • Managing training and assistance for telecallers and virtual relationship managers
    • Ensuring quality and activation of trained personnel through various activities

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes)

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Age not exceeding 45 years
  • Proficiency in English and local language (Speaking, reading, and writing)

Desired Attributes

  • Experience in call center training (outbound - inbound)
  • Previous work experience in the insurance sector
  • Strong interest in developing people and processes
