Job Summary

Position: HR Executive

Brief

We are looking for a HR Executive candidate with maximum experience in the recruitment space and some experience in the Operations space with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.

Reports to HR Manager

Job Responsibility

  • The Role includes 70% recruitment and 30% operations role.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Post JDs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection
  • tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
  • Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and
  • aptitudes.
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated.
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.

Qualification and Experience

  • Graduation degree or equivalent
  • Experience in driving process improvement.
  • Minimum of two years of recruitment and operation experience.

Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and sales applications.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Days and Timings

  • Monday to Saturday
  • 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
  • 2nd and 4th Saturdays off
