Job Summary DescriptionRaptee Energy an early-stage emobility startup working on futuristic solutions primarily for nextgen commuter motorcycles.Roles And Responsibilities:We are seeking an intern to join the team at Raptee and make an immediate impact. As a Controls System Engineer, you will support the product development team and the founding team in a number of areas.Your roles and responsibilities include:Work with the CAD team to optimise the design to improve the dynamicsCreate test rigs and Data-Acquisition systems to validate and test vehicle characteristics.Work on areas like suspension geometry, tire characteristics, spring and damper settings, two-wheeler cornering characteristics, straight-line dynamics etc.Create mathmatical models to simulate the performance of the vehicle for different use cases on softwares like Matlab, Altair Suite etcRequirementsBasic knowledge of vehicle dynamics and design of machine elementsPrior experience of working with data acquisition systems and creating mathematical models to compute the acquired dataPrior experience with software like Matlab, Altair Suite, or AdamsBenefitsThe opportunity to truly make a difference in the world by shaping a ground-breaking product early onWorking directly with the founders and a great team of senior advisorsA creative and motivating workplace with flat hierarchies and open communicationAn entry point into the field of automobile development and commercializationStipend: Rs. 12,000/month
