Salesmate is being used by 4000+ businesses, and it is growing rapidly into an industry-leading AI-powered sales enablement platform.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution and optimization of our online marketing efforts. You should be passionate about learning and solving challenging problems with planning and executing digital marketing strategies, content creation, content marketing, and lead generation. You should be keen to work with a range of people and different teams to discover how to generate, engage, and convert leads, as well as educate and delight existing customers using relevant and insightful content.

Your main duties include executing digital marketing strategies, create and manage ad campaigns, handle social media pages, writing interactive content, marketing the content by reaching out to other publishers, and implement best CRO practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
  • Come up with good ideas and create high-quality, engaging content that results in higher conversion.
  • Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
  • Launch optimized online adverts through Google Adwords, Facebook etc. to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (link building, keyword research, content optimization etc.).
  • Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels.
  • Provide creative ideas and execute the same for content marketing.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, Hotjar etc.).
  • Acquire insights in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
  • Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with social media, Google Adwords, automated email campaigns and SEO/SEM.
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
  • Expertise in using SEMRush, Google Analytics, and Google search console.
  • Skills and experience in creative content writing.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Clear understanding of SEO principles and algorithms.
  • Past experience of working on platforms like HARO, ProfNet, etc.
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities.
