Solution Architect - Salesforce Job in Ranosys Technologies

Responsibilities

• Architecture planning, understanding, designing and implementations of Salesforce clouds.

• Understand the Salesforce ecosystem very well and can design extendable solutions on Salesforce.

• Propose the right solution and architecture for the Salesforce CRM, Service, Marketing and other cloud implementation.

• Work on strategy to create organizational presence in Salesforce Ohana. Like contribution to the Salesforce community and mentoring team to do so.

• Estimate the efforts and provide a precise timeline for the project.

• Determine the project need and create an optimal resource plan.

• Expert in solution design of platforms and experience on migration and upgrades.

• Can find the most optimal solution for implementation if features are not available readily by looking at the right plugins in market place or custom development.

• Understands other integration requirements including payment gateways, ERP, PIM, CRM, Marketing platforms, and Custom integrations.

• Go through RFPs and identify the gaps in the requirements, discuss with sales and clients to fill those gaps.

• Understand the ambiguity in requirements and suggest solutions.

• Communicate with clients and discuss the proposal or queries and get the clarifications from clients.

• Prepare the presentation on the proposal and present to the client.

• Keep up to date with latest Salesforce trends. Gain knowledge of new relevant technologies and share knowledge with team members.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Software Development including 3 to 4 years in Salesforce and Architecture planning.

• Strong hold on all the major Salesforce clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing, and others like Non Profit, Education.

• Should have In depth experience in at least 5-10 Salesforce implementations.

• Having experience of implementing Mulesoft will be an advantage.

• Hold various salesforce certifications including one of Architect level.
