Develop and maintain a database of customers and brokers for new and existing client development
Provide excellent customer & carrier service and handle all queries promptly
Customs paperwork and border clearance
Track/ trace all loads from point of origin and ensure customer requirements are met
Coordinate equipment exchange and facilitate return to pre-determined location
Ability to work independently
Ability to work Nightshifts
Reply to Emails and phone calls; in a professional manner
Should able to communicate in English Fluently
Ability to work with computers; also basic knowledge of hardware
Ability to work in pressure and negotiate prices as required
Required - Diploma or higher education
Preferred - Located in Rajpura
Required - Good command over English
