Job Description for Sr. TA Manager

Experience: 9-11 years

Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities

  • Taking care of complete scope of activities in-line to Talent Acquisition within the organization and potential clients.
  • Understanding and guiding the business about the talent pool, market intelligence, streamlining recruitment process, negotiation, onboarding.
  • Create a roadmap to companys goals Vs achievement.
  • Works with the business unit leaders to define and document hiring forecasts.
  • Engage with HR and business leadership in addressing key recruitment challenges, developing the strategic approach for and leading initiatives in sourcing, assessment, and other areas to support all recruiting teams.
  • Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
  • Partner with the D&I leads and core team to operationalize programs/initiatives and partner on the end-to-end execution.
  • Identify new methods with the approach for sourcing of candidates and generating new ideas/strategies.
  • Meet weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals as set by management team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in any stream of specialization
  • Relevant progressive recruiting experience.
  • Track record of success in owning and executing the process to identify and attract talent for immediate business needs, as well as for critical long-term talent pipelines.
  • Experience working with essential tools of the trade, including ATS, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools, along with coaching a recruiting team to deliver results across all channels.
  • Experience creating, measuring, and scaling workflow between candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team.
