Title

Training Coordinator

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

The training coordinator will assist the local and remote Talent Management team to provide logistics support on Talent Development programs including:

Prepare Task Orders and Training Agreements for training services provided by vendors

Set-up training announcements, be the key contact for participant enrolments and nominations, course bookings, joining instructions and enquiries

Prepare logistical requirements ranging from venue bookings, to preparing training facilities, equipment and printing of training materials including virtual program logistics

Manage the learning management system, create and update programs; track enrolment status and update participants training records; assist with any regular or ad-hoc metrics and reporting requests

Prepare and manage the collection of feedback for training programs

Process invoices and allocations for training charges to the business units

Assist in updating and maintaining learning resources

Support TD on-going administrative requirements

Assist with general HR office administration and solutions functions as required

Co-ordinate across locations and regionally and collaborate with a virtual team

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS DESIRED/REQUIRED

Undergraduate degree in business / HR / languages or related fields

1 - 2 years of experience in training / HR / related program management-type role

Personable, good listening skills, comfortable public speaker

Excellent attention to detail during busy times whilst processing a high volume of requests

Strong Communication skills in English and an ability to liaise with people on all levels

Highly organized and capable of multi-tasking to meet deadlines

Solid proficiency in Microsoft office, especially Excel/PowerPoint and Word

Certain amount of flexibility e.g. a willingness to work overtime when required

Interested in working with a global team
