Job Summary
Qualification : Any Graduate in Any Specialization
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support, Maintain, implementation of SAP - SD Module
- Configuration, Testing and developments of new processes including version upgrades
- Translate business needs to technical specifications
- Addressing SAP Calls and ensuring Customer satisfaction
- End user Training and Creation of User Documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Functional knowledge and Experience in Sales & Marketing for 4-5 years
- Work experience in SAP- SD Module for 4-7 years
- Ability to handle IT projects, co-ordination with Business users and Internal team for completing the Projects within the agreed time
- Knowledge in the SAP tables and Field used in SD Module for development
- Integration with other SAP modules like Finance and MM is an added advantage
