Role-Sr. Executive (Purchase)-On Randstad India Payroll
Key Responsibilities:
1. Vendor Management:
Identify, evaluate, and select reliable MRO suppliers.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and
competitive pricing.
Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and contracts with suppliers. ...2. Strategic Sourcing:

Continuously analyze market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and reliability.
Analyze and report on cost variances and trends.
4. Process Improvement:
Streamline and optimize MRO procurement processes for efficiency.
Identify and implement best practices in MRO purchasing.
Evaluate and recommend improvements to the overall supply chain.
5. Quality Assurance:
Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure MRO supplies meet specified standards.
Resolve quality issues promptly and work with suppliers to implement corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5-8 years of experience in MRO purchasing or procurement.
Proven track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
