Job Summary
  • Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities for LAP, Business Loans, and Personal Loans.
    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their financial needs.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Provide clients with detailed information about loan products, including interest rates, repayment terms, and eligibility criteria.
    • Guide clients through the loan application process, assisting with documentation and addressing any queries.
  • Sales Targets:

    • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the Sales Manager.
    • Monitor and report on sales performance, including pipeline and conversion rates.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the financial industry and the company s product offerings.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team regarding client needs and market trends.
  • Compliance and Documentation:

    • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of loan applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the credit and risk departments to ensure timely processing of loan applications.
    • Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and market intelligence.
