Job Summary
  • Running the security operations of all the projects.
  • Ensure availability of Guarding Manpower at all times and also during special events.
  • Vigilance in different project sites in PAN India as per organization requirements.
  • Training the available manpower based on operational tasks.
  • Coordination of all security and safety related processes on site.
  • Implement and coordinate standardized security processes (Operating Procedures, Crisis Management etc.).
  • Coordination of Security Provider Services (Demand analysis, SLA & Controlling).
  • Coordination with different security agencies and participation in conferences
  • Ensure loss prevention activities (Fire Incidents).
  • Ensured that all security staffs are trained well in fire fighting & first aid.
  • Training all employees and contract workmen.
  • Conducting Security related Audits in Other units like statutory and Security norms.
  • Carry out surprise checks of all incoming and outgoing vehicles.

Qualification :
Any Graduation
Experience Required :

25 to 31 Years
