Essential: BE Mechanical/ Automobile

7-8 Years in Automobile / Construction/ Mining Equipment in Infra Companies

Experience & Skill Set: Min. 7 years of relevant experience in SCM/Purchase with specialization for Automobile, Earth moving equipment s and waste handling equipment s.

*Working experience in SAP

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage Procure to Pay process.
Develop new suppliers and maintain good supplier relations.
Vehicles Hiring
Familiarity with Automobile Industry.
Knowledge of fleet management policies and regulations.
Extensive Knowledge of vehicles including different options and packages.
Should cost analysis for Hiring and Fabricated Equipment.
Lead Supplier RFQ s (request for proposal/Quotation) processes and ensure quick responses for competitive price/quality/lead time.
Fact Based Negotiation Skills.
Supplier Integration and Strategic sourcing to meet all the requirements for lead time, performance, reliability, cost and integration between vehicles & Equipment s.
Maintain the MIS for respective Category.
Onboarding New suppliers & Vendor Management.
Vendor performance Evaluation.
Driving cost out ideas by collaborating with Cross Functional Teams.
Knowledge of Contractual terms to mitigate Buyer s Risk.
Knowledge of Logistics for Inbound and Outbound materials.
Compliance to SOPs.
Ensuring On-Time Deliveries for all Purchase orders.
