Roles & Responsibilities:
To prepare Blueprint document & Fit-Gap analysis and conduct User Training | Prepare functional specifications to address process gaps | To configure application, analyze and upload the data | Perform System Testing and maintain Process/Test documents | Interact with customers /Stakeholders at Customer site to understand any challenges |Collaborate with technical team to provide simulation and track resolution of issues | Monitor issues through Ticket tracking system and ensure ticket closure within SLA
