You will join our Digital & Innovation function at Ramboll

As our new DevOps Engineer, you will play a global role in designing and implementing DevOps processes and tool chains for Rambolls Digital & Innovation teams within all our business units. Our Digital IT Services and Digital Development Center help improving our tech-enabled consultancy business through fit-for-purpose multi-cloud platform, development and advisory services. You will be part of a global team working out of the Nordic countries, USA and India. We have a strong collaboration culture and retain high employee satisfaction

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Contribute in the development and adoption of DevOps processes and tool chains at Ramboll

• Collaborate with Rambolls Digital & Innovation teams closely, advising and supporting them on DevOps

• Work on DevOps principles and spread the DevOps practices within Ramboll

• Bring new ideas, tool choice in DevOps evolution in Ramboll. Manage DevOps tool chain related incidents and requests

• BE/BTech in Computer Science or BSc. in Computer Science or similar)

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry in general

• 3+ years of practical experience in DevOps Engineer or similar role

• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  
  Technical Skills (Mandatory)

  • Linux/Unix

  • Powershell/Bash

  • Continuous Integration Tool: Azure DevOps (Azure Pipeline), Gitlab CI

  • Docker

  • Infrastructure as Code: Terraform; preferably worked in Azure or/and GCP Cloud Environment.

  • Kubernetes : Azure Kubernetes and GKE, Helm

  • Prometheus, Grafana

  • Ansible

  • Azure and/or GCP work experience

  • Continuous Deployment tools like Harness, Octopus Deploy

• Technical Skills (Preferred to have)

  • C# .net, Java, Python working knowledge

  • Event streaming like Apache Kafka

  • Test Automation using Selenium, Robot Framework or similar

  • DevSecOps work experience

  • ELK stack
