Job Summary About the Role
This role entails helping users find the most optimal workspace solution for themselves and their teams which in-turn helps their businesses grow and flourish. Building a client base that generates recurring revenue for the company and constantly engaging with them to help their teams grow as their businesses grow will be the key result areas for the associate. We are looking for individuals who are driven, diligent, user-centric, solution-oriented and have a strong desire to grow professionally. We love people who like going above and beyond to deliver results and dont shy away from taking up new challenges and responsibilities.

Role and Responsibilities
  • User acquisition (Building Client Base)
  • Understanding requirements by establishing a connect with prospective users
  • Proposing optimal solutions post research as per requirements given
  • Client onboarding post meetings and trials of the proposed solution
  • User Retention (Account and Revenue Management)
  • Managing revenue from monthly billings of existing client base
  • Regular engagement with clients to ensure a seamless working experience
Travel
  • Frequent in-city travel to our HQs (depending on client visits / meetings / trials)
  • All travelling expenses will be paid by the company at standard industry norms.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solution oriented thinking and the ability to think on ones feet
  • Ability to take ownership of client base and revenue targets
  • Humility, perseverance and a desire to grow

Minimum qualification requirement

Required - sales skill with 3+ years experience

Required - Bachelor's or higher education

Required - Located in Pune

Required - Good command over English,Hindi

2 to 7 Years
