What Work Will You Do?

  • As Technical Lead with Radixweb, you have to develop high-level Software specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility. You have to explore new technologies, frameworks, Libraries. And compare different technologies and choose the best suitable approach for a particular Product/Software solution.

What Are We Looking for?

  • Degree in computer science or information technology with Minimum 6-8 years of experience.
  • Experience in Insurance Domain is preferable.
  • Desire to learn and implement new technologies. Hands-on knowledge of different Client-side Javascript frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Angular JS, AWS, MS SQL, .Net Framework, C#.
  • In-depth knowledge of design patterns, Software development principles, and practices

What Youll Do

  • Interact with clients and different stakeholders to understand the software requirement
  • Produce high-level technical designs for functionality contained within a functional specification that which are technically achievable and appropriate in terms of performance, scalability, and cost
  • Handshake with the development team and provide guidance ensuring development in compliance with architecture
  • Write technical architecture and detail software design document
  • Conduct design and code reviews on a continual basis to build best in class solution
  • Identify and resolve all key technical design decisions and problems
  • Train and groom the team to use newer technology, techniques, approaches.
  • Explore new technologies, frameworks, Libraries.
  • Compare different technology and choose the best suitable approach for a particular Product/Software solution

Qualification :
BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MSc/MCA (IT/CE)
Experience Required :

6 to 8 Years
