Area Sales Manager

Prerequisite

Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate

Experience : 6 years and above in FMCG sector

Roles And Responsibilities

1. Maintaining and increasing sales of products

2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area

3. Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

4. Servicing the needs of the existing customers

5. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

6. Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole

7. Recruiting and training sales staff

8. Allocating areas to sales representatives

9. Developing sales strategies and setting targets

10. Monitoring the team s performance and motivating them to reach targets

11. Compiling and analysing sales figures

12. Dealing with some major customer accounts

13. Collecting customer feedback and market research


Skills Required :
Leadership, Strong communication and negotiation, Self-motivated and enthusiastic, Planning and organizational skills , MS-Office and reporting
Experience Required :

Minimum 6 Years
