OVERVIEW

QX F&A division provides finance, accounts and payroll outsourcing services to businesses in the UK. Our clients outsource their payroll to us not only because they want to reduce costs and become more efficient, but also to improve their employees payroll experience. QX are seeking payroll executives with experience of managing payrolls for its clients in the UK.

Payroll analysts work closely with a payroll manager, take ownership of the project and contribute to its timely and accurate delivery. The ideal candidate is highly self-directed, with strong understanding of the UK payroll, and the motivation to continually deliver the best possible service.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Net New lead generation
  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, and emails, inbound lead follow-ups and/or other sources in the assigned US territory/geography
  • Route the qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and/or schedule meeting for Business Head/AVP s
  • Work to grow the F&A sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
  • Update new prospect/customer data to new/existing accounts in the corporate sales CRM
  • Cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Generate client awareness by developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles etc.
  • Attend periodic sales training where applicable

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven inside sales experience (in F&A) in generating leads across the US market
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience in dialing 80 100+ calls per day
  • Knowledge of the overall sales lifecycle
  • Should be excellent with research activities (able to search / identify decision maker and/or the RPC)
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel & PPT)
  • Experience in working with sales CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills (English)
  • Candidate should be a graduate with 3-7 years of relevant experience
