DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated
    marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
  • Manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, budgets and measurement of Ad
    campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, Career Builder
    among other recruitment platforms.
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers,
    recruitment consultants and account managers, who will help deliver much of the
    campaign activity.
  • Work with a budget, meet deadlines for multiple projects and deliver regular reports
    of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
  • Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns, and optimise the campaign
    parameters to reduce the CPA
  • Collect and use data to inform and implement data driven new campaigns and the
    evaluation of existing campaigns with A/B testing.
  • Conducting audits of available positions for a particular role in particular regions
    across the target countries
  • Monitoring the spends for media channels and achieving the desire results under
    budget.
  • Working closely with the sales and account management team to understand
    campaign outbound messaging requirements
  • Ensure the sales team are fully informed of campaign activities creating campaigns incorporating: email, landing pages, direct mail, social media,
    search and display ads, social media ads, radio advertising, billboard advertising, print
    adverting
  • Liaising with outsourced marketing agencies and data providers where required
  • Reporting on the outcomes of campaigns and make recommendations for
    enhancements
  • Briefing and helping the designers devise creative concepts and source relevant
    images for marketing communications
  • Check and process invoices on Focal Point and DocuSign

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Strong B2B and B2C campaign management experience, great attention to detail,
    process driven and analytical mind-set
  • Practical understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google AdWords Ads,
    Recruitment Portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, primary email provider
  • Need to be good with segmenting audience, presenting campaign reports and
    effectively analysing the data to optimise campaigns. You will need to acquire data
    and use it to target selected groups, as well as analyse the success or otherwise of
    campaigns.
  • Good communicator: with sales team, internal marketing team and outsourced
    agencies and a great team player
  • Confident and expert user of Microsoft Office, in particular; Word, PowerPoint and
    Excel
  • Manage the organisation s output effectively and intervene if things are going offtrack.
  • A desire to build a career and develop into marketing management Naturally curious
