Job Summary
  • Analyze, design and develop software based on user stories and requirements
  • Design and develop non-traditional web applications using JavaScript and HTML5 features
  • Develop new features, enhancements, and maintain software products and applications
  • Collaborate with related teams to create consistency within similar/related product suite
  • Design and develop prototypes for various concepts and applications
  • Make sure the applications comply to support W3C standards and can support multiple browsers
  • Employ best engineering practices for design and development
  • Work as part of a product-based development team to deliver a complete solution in a timely manner
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the development, QA and product management teams

Requirement:

  • 3+ years of professional experience writing JavaScript
  • Expert knowledge level and skills using pure ES6, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Expert knowledge level and skills in CSS3
  • Strong experience with HTML5, preferred experience using HTML5 JavaScript API
  • Understanding of how to write clean code that manages complexity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to write unit tests and ensure code and functional quality
  • Strong problem-solving skills, and creative thinking
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and collaborate
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent experience

Helpful for Success:

  • Working knowledge of C# and ASP.Net
  • A passion for best software development best practices
  • Understanding of System on Chip (SoC) devices and hardware integrations
  • Understanding and/or familiarity of Digital Signage applications
