Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and support your team as a leader within the space.
  • Continue to develop best practices and support innovation.
  • Develop a cadence around people and project reviews.
  • Monthly 1:1 with team members. (Can be more frequent if desired)
  • Interface with client engagement/project team as required.
  • Support clients and projects through direct interactions as required.
  • Provide guidance toward the implementation of design and development.
  • Mentor and help develop team members.
  • Support operations teams with the team s life cycle.
  • Interview candidates.
  • Performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the execution of project work and support hands-on delivery as required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience within customer facing support roles 2+ of those years in a senior or leadership role.
  • Work with non-engineering focused staff to assist in developing viable plans to support customers' vision.
  • Experience at a senior level to help develop and guide the team to ensure consistent reliable execution.
  • Direct customer interface skills; will be supporting engagements from pre-sale to final handoff.
  • Proven track record delivering value as a senior-level participant of high-velocity teams.
  • Ability to discover evolving practices and help implement them as patterns within the delivery streams.
  • Professional level accreditations relating to the work or supporting industry experience.
