Job Summary

Summary of Functions Job responsibilities

Ability to generate B2B leads and schedule prospect meetings for our sales personnel, build client relationships & close deals

  • Lead Generation - Tele-calling, Emailing & Social Media (LinkedIn) outreach
  • Creating & maintaining database in Excel/CRM
  • Send email proposal to interested prospects/clients
  • Generating interest & Scheduling Meetings at client office for our sales personnel
  • Prospect & client follow-ups for deal conversion
  • Payment follow-ups with clients
  • Offer details

    Pay:

    o Fixed: Rs 7000 per month - Depending on candidate profile

    o Variable: Rs 2000 per converted deal

    Office hours o Mon-Fri Work-From-Home

    Targets

    o 35-50 calls per day

    o 10 deal closures per month

    Minimum Qualification Requirements

    Graduation (minimum requirement); Post-Graduation (Preferred)

    Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

    o Highly proficient in English & Hindi

    o Optional: Marathi & Gujarati proficiency

    Ability to set & meet sales targets Hunger for learning & growth
