Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Improvements: Execute critical enhancements to our Databricks-based data platform, focusing on usability, data observability, and cost reduction.
  • System Maintenance: Support and maintain existing data systems, ensuring high health and usability, with improved support for global teams.
  • Expert Guidance: Provide expertise on data engineering best practices, architectural approaches, and complex technical resolutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and solve fault-tolerance, high availability, performance, and scalability challenges.
  • Deployment Efficiency: Build robust CI/CD pipelines for our platforms to reduce deployment times and enhance the velocity of solution teams.

What We re Looking For

  • Technical Communication: Strong ability to simplify complex technical components for problem resolution and develop documentation for streamlined use.
  • Pipeline Design & Optimization: Excellence in designing, developing, and optimizing reliable, secure data pipelines for data delivery systems from applications to analytics and ML.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Experience using Terraform in production settings, with a focus on simplifying infrastructure deployments.
  • Databricks Expertise: 2+ years of experience building or supporting Databricks-based platforms; 5+ years of experience with modern data platforms (Snowflake, Spark, AWS preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

  • MLOps Experience: Experience with developing and maintaining machine learning models and infrastructure, particularly using Databricks.
  • Multi-Cloud Architecture: Experience designing and supporting multi-cloud architectures for ML/AI systems.
  • Data Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools and analytics technologies (Looker, Tableau, etc.).
  • Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • HIPAA Compliance: Experience working within HIPAA constraints and data access limitations.
  • Mentorship Interest: A willingness to mentor and support new developers.

Additional Information

  • Candidates are required to work from our NCR/Noida offices at least three days a week and maintain US-based timings that may extend to 12:30 AM IST.
