The Role: QA Engineer

You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of Qventus' web applications. Your responsibilities include:

  • Manual Testing: Conduct thorough testing to identify and report bugs.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers and product managers throughout the development process.
  • Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive test plans to cover all functionalities.
  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates and collaborate effectively with other teams.
  • Compliance: Ensure applications comply with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in software QA with a focus on manual testing.
  • Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
  • Ability to create clear and concise test documentation.
  • Experience with UI/UX testing.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the US healthcare system.
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright).
  • Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Github).
  • Knowledge of security and accessibility testing tools.

Additional Information:

  • This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work from the NCR/Noida office for at least 3 days a week. The role also requires working some US-based hours that can extend to 12:30 AM IST.
