The Role: QA Engineer
You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of Qventus' web applications. Your responsibilities include:
- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough testing to identify and report bugs.
- Collaboration: Work with developers and product managers throughout the development process.
- Test Plan Development: Create comprehensive test plans to cover all functionalities.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools.
- Communication: Provide regular updates and collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Compliance: Ensure applications comply with healthcare regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in software QA with a focus on manual testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Ability to create clear and concise test documentation.
- Experience with UI/UX testing.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with the US healthcare system.
- Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright).
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Github).
- Knowledge of security and accessibility testing tools.

Additional Information:
- This is a hybrid role with a requirement to work from the NCR/Noida office for at least 3 days a week. The role also requires working some US-based hours that can extend to 12:30 AM IST.
