Job Profile for Territory Manager:

Pen Picture of the role:

Acquisition & servicing of Govt. clients in the field of Municipal Corporations, State Government Departments , Central Government Departments , Govt. PF Trusts, Embassies, Gram Panchayats, Govt. Boards & Development Authorities, Defense, Autonomous Bodies etc.

Would be responsible for handling transaction & banking businesses like Payments, Collections, Fixed Deposits, FX, Electronic Transfers, Online Payment Gateway, Asset business & other banking & financial products to the Govt. clients

Create a rapport with the top management of all the clientele

Deepening of existing clients and increase CASA base further to next level

Generate leads and work closely with the Retail Branch for ensuring efficient service to clients

Job Requirements for Territory Manager :

1. Relevant work experience of 12 to 15 yrs

2. Needs to have very strong Banking knowledge and should be well versed with the products, processes and systems of the bank.

3. Full understanding on Government functionalities and departments

4. Excellent communication skills to handle top cadre IAS , IPS , IFS , IRS etc..who are into Senior Bureaucracy into State Government or Central Government

5. Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills with go getter attitude

6. Willing to travel extensively if required

7. Accuracy and analytical ability on MIS & Able to manage and drive various Learning events

8. Should be a deal maker and should have deal cracking capabilities

9. MBA (Marketing / Finance) or Post graduate preferred
