Overview We are looking for driven and enthusiastic people to work as a QA Automation Engineer I for Quorum. A QA Automation Engineer I is expected to apply computer skills, analytical thinking to design, document, execute and report on quality testing of the Company s software. A basic understanding of the fundamental concepts of testing and how to construct tests that exercise all key application features is required. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work with a team in a fast-paced agile environment. Various aspects of testing theory, test automation, and the Quorum suite of products will be introduced by direct supervision. Responsibilities and Requirements Bachelor s degree in computer science 7-12 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 5 years in automation testing. Excellent understanding of Web, API and Mobile Testing Processes and Tools. Good knowledge and hands on experience with Java Programming. Should have experience on API Automation tools like REST Assured Should have experience on developing an automation framework with design patterns Should have Hands on experience in implementation of Automation solutions and good at Test strategy Experience in Any BDD framework Should have good code debugging skills Should have knowledge on Basic SQL queries Experience of working within Agile and sprint cycles Extensive knowledge of software quality engineering including coding standards, code review process, continuous testing and source control. Understanding of build systems such as Maven and Jenkins. Experienced with the following tools: BitBucket, GIT, Jenkins, Maven, TestNG and Extent Report Has strong innovative and analytical abilities Good to have ISTQB Certification Additional Details Visa Sponsorship: Employment eligibility to work with Quorum Software in India is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position. The successful candidate will be required to ensure they maintain and renew any visas or permits that grant employment eligibility where applicable.
