What You Will Do: Design and develop automation to support continuous delivery and continuous integration (CI/CD) processes Designing and deploying dynamically scalable, available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications Migrating complex, multi-tier applications on Cloud Platforms Ensure the effective monitoring of all aspects of system and application behavior, ensuring compliance with SLAs and performance requirements. Develop and implement non-functional / functional requirements using and/or contributing to standard Oil & Gas solutions with a focus on broad re-use across products and services. Deploying, automating, maintaining, and managing Kubernetes/Docker/Azure DevOps and Infrastructure services based on it Implementing cost-control strategies Certificate management Patch Management Compliance and Vulnerability Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives\ Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus And other duties as assigned. What to Bring: Experience with Azure DevOps or other CI/CD deployment tools Experience with IAAS (Azure or AWS), PAAS, VMWare, Kubernetes 3-5 years of hands on experience to support production application on on-premise as well as cloud platforms Experience on monitoring applications, logs analysis Experience leveraging REST APIs for automation Planning and testing of application, configuration and database changes, and installation of upgrades and patches and update production support documentation Analyze production issues to determine root cause and provide fix recommendations to the development team Onboard & Support applications in production. Create, develop, and track solutions to application errors reported AWS or Azure Infrastructure monitoring and management Competence using Terraform, Ansible and /or ARM Experience with PowerShell/Python/Yaml scripting Experience designing and implementing high-availability solutions for applications Experience with OS patch and backup automation Experience with basic SQL language syntax Platforms: Azure, Amazon Web Services, traditional data center Operating Systems: RedHat, Oracle Linux, Ubuntu, Windows 2012, 2016 & 2019 Servers.
