Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include auditing the overall Search experience onsite for relevancy and assess performance of Search. Work with partner teams to improve consumer engagement in terms of Search keywords. Work backwards on Customer feedback (Shoppers overall shopping experience onsite). Align with partners and teams to improve Search experience based on specific campaigns/promotions. Work on internal tools and standard tools such as Adobe for report generation. Share analysis at business level to identify and tackle areas of opportunities, recommend and work on solutions to enhance Search experience. Contribute towards creating and improving Search guidelines and SOPs. Timely follow up with Partners and stakeholders to align, propose and resolve any concerns. Key Skills: Must have worked in Retail Cataloging and product relevancy, internal site optimization and not necessarily SEO. The candidate should be efficient with Excel, Adobe. Retail e-commerce with global org experience would be a plus. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with teams globally. Proactive, with keen eye to detail and quick to analyze or logically review any situation (Dive deep where required). Should be a fast learner, self-motivated, energetic, dependable, and hardworking. Ability to stretch and work accordingly. Good in coordination and planning. Should be able to deliver under pressure and meet the deadlines. Should be a team player with a positive attitude towards building cross-functional partnerships in the best interest of the business.
