Job Summary

To manage a team of SDMs to maximise sales and help achieve the Branch targets. Provide leadership and management for the SDMs. Establish sales reporting mechanisms to Company standards. Help in recruitment/induction of SDMs.

Minimum Requirements

MBA With 5-7 years of experience in retail sales with exposure in team management. Experience of sales in a Finance industry would be an added advantage.MAIL UR UPDATED CV IN WORD FORMAT ALONG WITH UR CURRENT CTC.

B.B.A, MBA/PGDM
