Role: Process Engineer - Business Operations

Experience Level: 1 3 Years

Work location: Mumbai/Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

The role will be focussed on driving continuous improvement and applying technology to re-engineer processes. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Understanding and documenting current process and sub-process workflows cutting across functions - delivery, sales, HR, talent acquisition, business operations, IT facilities and etc.
  • Identifying gaps and re-engineering processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborating with functional leads to put new processes / process improvements in place
    • Implementation of new processes.
    • Finding scope for and recommending relevant automations.
  • Educating and onboarding existing and new stakeholders to business operations processes.
  • Creating smart and insightful dashboards to monitor and measure effectiveness of processes.
