Role: Product Manager - FSI Domain

Job Description
This role offers an opportunity to lead and engage in all aspects of product management and to support rewards product/market readiness - collaborating with Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, GTM Teams, Solutioning Teams, Account Managers and Marketing folks. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development team, you will
- Strong understanding of the FSI business and value chain.
- Deeply understand, document, analyze, and synthesize customer and partner needs and desires into solution priorities, roadmap plans, and detailed specifications
- Experince in developing product vision, feature roadmap and strategy.
- Drive partnership and collaboration with internal products/services and external partners on both the technology and solution front.
- Collaborate across a diverse set of stakeholders (Engg., product marketing, sales, customer support, customer advisor, etc.) to deliver the value-prop of FSI.
- Drive and manage - milestone release activities, quality gates, product documentation, self-hosting, feature validation by customer cohort, business KPIs, etc.
- Evangelize FSI platform and solution offerings via marketing initiatives like blogs, videos, customer testimonials, presenting in public-facing events and summits, etc.
- Track trends in the market, industry landscape, technology trends and competition.
- Effectively conduct org-wide reviews and meetings.
- Manage multiple projects with critical timelines

Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Ability to prioritize in an ambiguous environment.
- A minimum of 4+ years of Product Management, Consulting or Technology experience in a high performing work environment, preferably with Fintechs / Fintech NBFCs.
- An exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems
- Creative thinking and excellent skills to collaborate across the company with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales
- Super-power to turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans.
- Demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, manage, and prioritize multiple projects.
