Job Summary

l Handling student counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats, emails and social media.
l Assist in the conversion process of leads generated from different sources, to prospective admission seekers.
l Responsibility to handle outbound calls, cold calling, timely follow ups.
l Coordinate with students for admission, re-admission, and other activities.
l Generating references from the students.
l Follow ups and closing the enquiry into admissions.
l Should be active and capable to take initiative.
