Our Training Team delivers world-class technical training, in the classroom and online, for Qualys IT security risk and compliance solutions. We are a global team of training professionals who are passionate about helping customers learn and be successful with our products. We're looking for an experienced Technical Learning Producer to come join us!

Responsibilities :-

  • Create, develop, and maintain self-paced training content such as videos, simulations, labs, quizzes, and exams which enhance customer knowledge retention on the Qualys application suite
  • Manage lab target environment to ensure valid data is provided for an accurate and consistent hands-on lab experience
  • Build technical lab documentation for external customers which effectively trains on Qualys use cases
  • Create and document customer-facing PowerPoint presentations to be used by Technical Trainers
  • Manage/Admin learning management system to ensure content is up to date

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in creating content
  • 3+ years experience with Articulate, Captivate, Claro or similar tool
  • Experience with ScreenFlow or equivalent video editing software
  • Expert in Word and PowerPoint
  • Technical experience with technologies such of Network and Application Security: Vulnerability Management, Web Application Security, Firewalls, Intrusion Detection, OS configuration, SaaS
  • Experience using Qualys Cloud Platform preferred
  • Received training certifications as Qualys Certified Specialist within the past year preferred.
  • Comprehension of IaaS providers such as AWS EC2, Microsoft Azure, and Google Compute Platform
  • BS/MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or Content/Learning Development
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Samples of training videos, courseware, and a technical presentation will be required during the interview process
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Operating System Administration for Window and Unix-based hosts
  • Understanding of learning and training concepts to promote information retention
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Knowledge of instructional design models
  • Applicant should be able to walk us through how they design a course, what inputs they need, and from whom
  • Experience with content chunking and storyboarding course content.
