As aLead Analyston Reportingand Dashboardingteam, you will be part of one of the most important areas of the businesshelpingAligning Security, Governance, Risk, and Compliance with People, Processes, and Technology. Our reportingand dashboardsshowcasethe value of ourQualys platformsolutions to customers and actionable insights to support their ability to drive amazing outcomes within their organizations. Youwill be deeply involved inworking with Sales and customers for reporting and dashboarding needs and best practices. While also being involved in identifying gaps and possible features we could incorporate to ourevolving our reporting tools and capabilities. Also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders at various levels and platform partners to strengthen our partnerships alongside delivering best in class solutions.

Role Responsibilities

• Work with Sales for existing customers and newcustomerPOCs to close deals.
• Contributeday-to-daytoour data and reporting products and tools within agile / scrum environment.
• Define detailed requirementswith PM for new feature requests.
• Create Dashboards for use cases that customers.
• Promote and collaborate actively in the Qualys community with customer questions and post discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, business development, data science, and product peers to refine opportunities androadmap
• Provide criticalpreand post-sales support and issue resolution to internal and externalcustomers
• Identify and deliver on opportunities to evolve and improve our reporting - documentation, processes, tools and systems to improve system stability andvalue
• Conductinternal best practicetrainings for sales and produce video content to be published internally and for customers while collaborating withUS SME andTraining team.
• Work Closely with US based SME and PM for a consistent message and delivery of value.
• Travel onsite to visit customers with sales when needed to provide customer support.

RoleQualifications

• BA or BS degree in CS or related technical or engineering discipline
• 3+ years of product management/owner experience; related technical project management or analyst experience is alsoapplicable
• Experience within Qualys Platform products;have used and setup the product in a previous role.
• Experience in developing metrics, KPIs, SLAs.
• Interpersonal skills and project management capabilities; comfortable working closely withSales, customers, Product teamsandengineering.
• Experience in working with APIs and related developmenttechnologies
• Experience with data collection, reporting, or analytics systems
• Organized with attention todetail
• Excel Expertise
• Experience with other data visualization toolssuch as Tableau, Microsoft BIect..
