Job Summary

Description

Looking for FP&A Manageris responsible forglobalconsolidation with, including the annualbudgetplan, longtermplan, regular forecast process, and for providing analytical support to senior management.Responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing budgetpreparationand quarterly forecasts
  • Coordinate across both business teams and FP&A teams tosupport reporting requirementsand drive cross functional alignment
  • Build review packages, forecast models, and handle day-to-day activities related to forecasting/planning
  • Build and maintain effective business partnerships within the organization
  • Prepare variance analysis to identify and explain variances tothebudget/forecast
  • Responsible for administration of the corporate planning tool and dashboard
  • Perform ad hoc modeling and analysis
  • Assist withpreparation for earnings calls
  • Assist with consolidation and board material preparation
  • Participate in preparation of Balance Sheet and CashFlow forecasting

Qualifications:

  • S. in finance, accounting or equivalent
  • 10 years FP&Aexperience, supporting Sales and Marketingbusiness units, experience in consolidation is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, ability to analyze financial statements and a strong understanding of corporate finance concepts
  • Ability to develop and update complex financial models
  • Ability to question the output of a financial model and consider options for improvement
  • Understanding of accounting concepts (revenue recognition concepts, expense timing, capitalization policies, etc.)
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills, experience and desire to work cross-functionally
  • Strong business and analytical skills; ability to multi-task, stay organized and prioritize deadlines in a continually evolving environment
  • Strong Excel experience (macros, pivots, look-ups, logic functions, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Anaplan is preferred
  • Preferably knowledge of NetSuite andCoupa
