Job Summary
  • Atleast 5 years experience in oil and gas field
  • ASNT or ACCP or PCN Certified.
The Level III NDT Specialist will focus on performing tests (eg NDT) and defining controls (eg SPC). You will ensure correct alignment with quality requirements and ensure that manufactured or procured products meet specified standards before they progress to next phase of production or customer delivery (Verification/Checking).

Review planning a job sheets for thoroughness and compliance to requirements such as drawings and specifications
  • Assist manufacturing teams as needed to assess hardware and processes for acceptability and compliance
  • Conduct internal process and personnel audits to verify process and personnel remain compliant to requirements
  • Work with Customers and Regulatory Agencies to perform audits and reviews as requested
  • Verify and support tooling requests for NDT processes
  • Maintain requirements of Level III certification for assigned processes.
  • Utilize technical expertise and judgement to solve problems, conduct process improvement reviews and support Lean efforts
  • Support Production and maintenance teams to assess equipment for regular maintenance and upgrade needs

    • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems

  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • Prior experience in manufacturing operations or production
  • Knowledge and experience working in a machine shop environment
  • Understanding of LEAN principals
  • Possess leadership capabilities
