Job Summary
  • Atleast 1-2 years experience as an inspection co-ordinator
  • Prior experience in HR/admin role would be an advantage
  • Coordination of Project inspection activities with suppliers, inspection agencies and the Customer;
  • Liaison with internal personnel e.g. buyers, expeditors and shipping;
  • Evaluation of available inspection personnel; confirm availability and arrange deployment;
  • Developing an Inspection Assignment Package and issuing Package to the assigned inspector;
  • Reviewing and Issuing of Project Inspection Reports;
  • Coordinating resolution of Punchlist and Non-Conformances.
