Job Summary General Summary: This role involves developing software for Qualcomm technologies, with a focus on Android frameworks, Linux user mode, and kernel drivers. The ideal candidate will contribute to innovative solutions and demonstrate strong technical skills in C/C++, operating systems, and embedded systems. Key Responsibilities: Development & Programming: Utilize strong C/C++ programming skills for software development. Work on Android frameworks, Linux user mode, and kernel driver development. Embedded Systems Expertise: Develop and debug embedded systems, including working with hardware boards. Use JTAG-based debugging tools for troubleshooting. Multimedia Focus (Preferred): Contribute to projects in the multimedia domain, such as Display, Camera, Video, and Graphics. System Fundamentals & Processes: Apply a thorough understanding of operating systems and embedded fundamentals. Follow and improve software development life cycles. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field with 2+ years of experience. OR Master s degree with 1+ year of experience. OR PhD in a related field. Experience: At least 2+ years of academic or professional experience in programming (C, C++, Java, Python). Preferred Qualifications: 1. Technical Expertise: Knowledge of ARM-based systems. Familiarity with multimedia technologies (Display, Camera, Video, Graphics). 2. Debugging & Hardware: Experience in embedded debugging and hardware interaction (e.g., JTAG). 3. Development Skills: Proven experience with the Android framework or Linux kernel development. 4. Software Development Lifecycle: Well-versed in SDLC practices and principles. Qualification :
