Job Summary

Roles & Responsibilities:
To understand and resolve all types of printer problems
Troubleshooting and repairing all types of Printers Dot matrix, Inkjet, Laser jet, Plotter, DeskJet & Mfp
To handle escalations at User end
Brand Experience in HP or equivalent
Replace the front panel/ ribbon mask/printer head/head cable.
Head alignment
problem diagnosis in logic board and power supply
Replace the carriage assembly
Able to replace the ribbon mask for line printer
Able to replace the logic board/power supply
Able to update firm ware for the line printer
Able to clean or change the shuttle assembly/fret
Able to replace the paper sensor/ribbon sensor
