Job Description Role & responsibilities : Routine product efficacy testing using standardized methods (Hair) with accuracy & precision. Training & validation. Operations of salon equipment. Management and efficient utilization of hairdresser: training, validation, feedback, motivation, and engagement with the inhouse experts & freelancers. Quality check, data analysis, synthesis and preparing skeleton reports. Preferred candidate profile Experience in hairdressing and color theories (color Key 1, color Key 2), Experience in logistic management: synergy request, formula checking, daily study tracker, Competence in calendar planning and overlooking expert studies Experience of working with digital data collection tools, data Analysis & visualization software (e.g. Digit expert) Basic facilitation skills to lead hairdresser and model management. Has a keen eye for quality and able to motivate the hairdresser.
