Head Sales From Pharma, Medical Devices And Hospital Sector Job in Quadrangle

Hunting for Sales & Business Development, Hyderabad, It is a leadership role, where the person with responsible for topline & Bottom line of Business (Chain of Hospitals) and will be working with Chief Executive Officer. We are looking for dynamic leader from Hospital industry, having strong business acumen & over 15 YOE in Strategic Planning & Execution, Sales & Marketing includes Business Development, New Market Development, revenue delivery of Cash Walk in, TPA, Govt, PSU, CGHS, ECHS, ESI, Corporates, Referral Business and Emerging Businesses, Top Line & Bottom Line, EBIDTA, Key Account Management/ Branding/ Event & Campaign Management, Stakeholder Management and team management etc.

Responsibilities includes (not limited to) -

- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets

- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

- Understand category-specific landscapes and trends

Qualifications and requirements:

- Previous working experience as a Sales & Marketing Head/Group Marketing head (10+ yrs.) in Hospital Industry

- Strong educational Background in Sales & Marketing or similar relevant field

- Strong problem-solving, influence and negotiation skills guarantee successful business-to-business sales and positive long-term customer relationships.

- A team player with a winning attitude and a passion for sales looking to make a significant contribution to your company.

- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
