Job Summary Identify most appropriate method of recruitment for each vacancy Sourcing and ShortlistingIdentify most effective methods of sourcingDevelop and maintain a strong relationship with the clientsCoordinate with clients and candidatesConduct pre employment tests (where appropriate)Take personal rounds of interviewOne point contact for theed candidates Monitor recruitment paperwork ensuring it is securely stored and up to dateCoordinate joining formalities for the new joineesMinimum Requirements

At least some experience in recruitment with the ability to work under pressure.Willing to mould to the work atmosphere.
