Design and distribution of Cold and Hot Water system in the Building.

Water demand calculation

Selection of Pipe material

Warm Water Circulation flow calculation, Valve selection.

Pipe sizing for Cold Water, Hot water and for heating system.

3D Modelling of Plumbing system, heating system and Creating BIM Content (Family) for MEP System and Equipment.

Performing BIM Clash detection and making necessary correction/alteration to MEP system Design.

Preparation of detailed Bill of quantities for Plumbing, Heating & cooling work
