About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Senior Analytics Specialist with expertise in web and mobile analytics to join our digital marketing team. You will play a key role in analyzing data, driving insights, and optimizing digital marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirement analysis, consultation, and analytics implementation for web and mobile platforms across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics align with business objectives and reporting standards.
- Define client objectives and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Collect, analyze, and report on data regarding traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, site performance, and campaign effectiveness.
- Design and build comprehensive dashboards in Google Looker Studio by integrating data from diverse sources.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify trends and deliver actionable recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Independently manage projects with minimal supervision ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Plan, implement, and analyze A/B tests aimed at Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Assess new requirements and provide accurate project estimates.
Requirements
- Google Analytics Certified professional with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in analytics and reporting.
- Expertise in analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Firebase, Heap, and Mixpanel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work efficiently with large datasets.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience implementing tracking via Google Tag Manager, SDKs, Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs), or Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Demonstrated knowledge of user journey mapping, conversion tracking, and trend analysis.
- Preferred experience with Supermetrics, Google Ads, Google Optimize, or Hotjar.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex insights clearly.
