Description

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data integration solutions using Talend ETL tools
• Work with developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze data sources, and develop solutions
• Participate in Talend-related architectural discussions
• Continuously evaluate and propose improvements for backend Talend architecture and development processes
• Act as the face of the Talend team in front of the client and provide technical support to sub-teams
• Play an active role in presales, estimations, and proposals

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in ETL development using Talend
• Experience leading teams of size 10-15 spread across multiple projects for at least 2 years
• Knowledge of at least one backend programming language and experience in SQL programming
• Experience in designing and developing high-volume applications
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
